As a result of the rapid development in modern building and auto manufacture industries, there occurs not only a rapid increase in demand for glass and products made of glass, but also the increasingly higher requirements for its functions, varieties as well as quality. The mission of Xinyi Glass is to meet the demand high-quality float glass and its up to standard processed products based on glass from the customers throughtout the world.
Founded in 1988, Xinyi Glass has established five different production bases with a total area of 1,000,000m2 in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Hong Kong, Wuhu as well as Tianjin, and set up branches and representative offices across China with current employment size exceeded 5000 people. Apart from mainland China, Xinyi also set up sales offices in Europe, North America, Japan and Hong Kong SAR. In February 2005, Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited, with its headquarter located in Hong Kong SAR, was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Xinyi Glass has in total ten (10) auto glass plants respectively located in its five production bases, with all key equipments and process technologies introduced from technically advanced countries. Their main production lines have very high degree of automation, furthermore, their management system, process technique as well as product quality are all up to the applicable international standards. In addition, two (2) special plants designed to produce molding and hardware fittings to integrate with our glass products as a whole to meet the demand from car manufacters.. At present, Xinyi Glass produces more than 30,000 different models, which cover all present main auto types available across the world. The production capacity of auto windscreen ranks the number 1 in the People¡¯s Republic of China.
Owing to the reinforcement of national architectural energy saving policy and the increase in demand of building industry for processed glass, Xinyi Glass built the architectural glass processing center in the production base located in Dongg
